Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement


We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:


1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.



2. Wrong Item Sent

If you received a product that is different from what you ordered, notify us within 2 days of delivery. Share an image of the item received, along with your order details.



3. Wrong Colour Sent

If the item you received is in the wrong colour, and it does not match what you selected at checkout, contact us within 2 days. We’ll verify and offer a suitable solution.
